About Us

Empowering Lives. Delivering Support.

We believe that dignity, inclusion, and connection are at the heart of great care. As a registered NDIS provider, we deliver person-centred, trauma-informed and culturally respectful supports that empower individuals to live independent and meaningful lives.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide psychologically-informed, culturally inclusive, and relationship-focused NDIS services that empower individuals to lead meaningful, autonomous lives.

Our Vision

We want a community where everyone, regardless of ability, is supported to live a life of choice, control, and opportunity.

Our Story

Founded on the belief that healing begins with connection, AUS Multicultural Health Care Services was created to bridge the gap between clinical care and genuine human relationships.

Our team includes support workers, recovery coaches, psychologists, and allied health professionals — all trained in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and psychology-guided practices.

From humble beginnings to trusted provider, our growth has been fuelled by our reputation for care that feels personal, and results that are deeply impactful.

We collaborate with organisations such as PCYC and local councils to deliver:

Inclusive community events

Life skills workshops

Peer mentoring

Youth mental health outreach

Our Unique Model: Psychology in Practice

We integrate psychological frameworks into daily supports to create safe, therapeutic environments — even outside clinical settings.

Every conversation, routine, and activity becomes an opportunity for growth.

    Trauma-Informed Care

Recognising how trauma impacts behaviour, trust, and communication. Our team is trained in the latest trauma-sensitive methods to ensure that all care is delivered with emotional safety at its core.

We support participants in forming stable, trusting relationships with their workers — often a vital step in healing attachment wounds.

Our support workers use this framework to help regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and promote social connection.

Focusing on participant strengths and celebrating even the smallest of wins builds resilience and motivation.

We honour our participants’ languages, beliefs, and lived experiences — and we recruit workers who reflect the cultural diversity of our clients.

    Our Team

We are a multidisciplinary, multicultural team of NDIS professionals who bring decades of combined experience across disability, psychology, youth work, case management, allied health, and community development.

We speak multiple languages and pride ourselves on delivering services that feel like home for our clients.

Our staff undergo regular professional development, including workshops in trauma-informed practice, disability rights, neurodiversity inclusion, and positive behaviour support.

Every team member is equipped not only with skills, but also with empathy, cultural humility, and a deep passion for empowerment.
